In response to the Microsoft Mission to empower each person on the planet to achieve more, this project was a human-centered investigation of what achieving means to people in the 21st century outside of the traditional work environment. This presents the opportunity for Microsoft to reinvent our consumer business. It provides a framework for user needs based on observations from the field, identifies an opportunity space, and explores concrete scenarios for products 1-3 years out.
